It's raining and raining, it's about 18 °C outside, everything is quiet and around our building there are so many trees so I can't see the other ugly apartment buildings only trees so the view reminds me of the Hundred Acre Wood while Aqua and I just enjoy the warm and cozy room with hot, spiced apricot and ice cream... ~Yippy
[Bunny more prefer the apricot when fresh, without any spice. She is not very gourmand... ~Pff :P]
It's from apricot, unsalted butter, much MUCH cinnamon, vanilla, little cane sugar and some fresh orange juice, baked in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on low heat. It's best with vanilla ice cream, but I've got pistachio in the supermarket, what was also tasty with the apricot...
